  • It has a museum and the Destoryer is docked and boarding is allowed. Great if you like war ships. In a beautiful setting on the Mississippi River.
  • It's such a treat to be able to explore a real battle ship. Wear light athletic clothing when you visit, because there are lots of ladders to climb to see all the areas of the ship. It's self guided, but it's easy to follow the numbers to ensure you've seen everything that you can see on the ship.
  • Great piece of history. Truly enjoyed the indoor museum. The stories of bravery make you proud to be an American.
  • USS KIDD! Great story and ship! Make sure to say high to Andy Gator under the walkway to the KIDD!
  • Nice quick museum to visit when you have a couple hours to kill.
  • Awesome ship. Awesome staff. Amazing experience.
