  • The room was beautiful and had an amazing view of the water. The service was very good. Everyone was very helpful and the bartender even made me my favorite drink. It was a fun time and I would go back again.
  • Very nice casino. Well laid out. The rooms are nice. Bathroom door doesn't lock because it's a skimming barn door which is cool but it should still have a lock option. No fridge or microwave in hotel room but there is a small coffee pot.
  • Nice casino. Kind of out of the way. Far superior to the two casinos in downtown Baton Rouge.
  • Love the service, great people, wonderful structure, love the location beautiful scenery rooms were comfortable. The only thing is I have kids and they wanted to go to the buffet, but thy were not allowed. I think that should be fixed.
  • The hotel is beautiful, and the amenities are lovely. I was shocked to see so many children at the hotel. In fact, the pool area was overrun with little tikes who seemed to be there without parents. I love children and understand they need to swim and have activity, but taking them to a casino is simply inappropriate. A small rooftop pool can not tolerate 15 children playing water games without supervision. One child was even diaper age being held in the water by an older sibling, that is unsanitary. Again, the hotel is beautiful but as a consumer I'm sure many others do not prefer to be surrounded by children at a casino hotel. Additionally, the staff I interacted with were rude and couldn't be bothered to answer questions. No "welcome to our hotel" or any niceties. For that amount of money, it will not be going back.
