  • It was a little old but the kids loved the area for small children only. We arrived early so we also got to do a lot before it got busy. If you are expecting the newest accommodations and amenities yo...  more »
  • The park can get a little crowded but is a blast! We typically show up shortly after the park opens to avoid the lines.
  • Parking is limited without a long walk. Traffic is also tuff at opening or close. Took Coke cans to get $5.00 off each ticket price wich was a big discount. There was lots of sign in and out of park s...  more »

  • Living in Louisiana there isn't much to do that you haven't done before, blue bayou never gets old. I've been going since I was 5 or 6 and I've always love it. the service isn't great and the lines are long, but the rides are worth it. food is usually really good. they have kid friendly areas for toddlers, and some for anywhere from 5-13 and it's fun to take my niece who is 3 and has a blast every time.
  • Came last week after not being here in years and also went again to give them a 2 try and since we got the free pass for a week thing ,customer service must say pretty awful. The workers looked so miserable and some were quite rude both times. I watched some guy and his kid go on the tube but the tube got stuck and the employee didn't do anything about it or help push the tube down the slide the man eventually was able to push his tube down himself. The food there was ok but once again the people attending the food shack looked miserable and were slightly rude. They have cats locked up in the heat that look miserable and I say they are probably better off being stray then cooped up like that apparently they have a monkey too didn't see it but saw the poor cats and also parrots all in the heat In cages why I have no clue but that's cruel to do that to these animals. It upset me a lot. The rides while they were fun one ride the black snake one looked run down its all rusted it shakes a lot and I noticed a blot missing and decided I wasn't going to go on it again also it creaks a lot they really need to just tear that one down and rebuild it or something new. Some height signs for kids were knocked down and they weren't even checking them which is dangerous. Its like the employees just didn't even care. I did have two good experience with two girl employees there they were super nice the rest not so much. Will I go back most likely not. I will travel the distance for another park rather then go to this one again.
  • The owner of the park cursed me out in front of my children because of their ticket taker counted the wrong amount of people in my party and then she accused me of trying to sneak someone in and she cursed me out and and called the police took comes around me and embarrass me in front of my family I will never go there again after paying $100 for tickets for her to treat her customers like that and this is the owner of the park there was no one I could report her to even her employees said she is the worst possible owner to work for it is a fun place for family but way too expensive and no Hospitality not even by the workers the people on the slides we're not even polite said hello they all seem like they were miserable at their jobs and I can see why because there's postings all over the place saying no cursing no horse playing or you will be ejected this lady cursed me like a dog called me a thief and did it in front of my whole family including a 8 year old little girl and 11 year old little girl and many other families if it wouldn't have been that my daughters have their heart set on it I would have cursed her out and walked out and demanded my refund I do not advise you taking this this is not a family park 4 owner to speak to her guests that way and there's nothing I can do about it because she's the owner
  • Had never been here and went for my 17th birthday and although it ended up storming, we got rainchecks and were able to comeback any time that fit us. It was really straightforward, no problems with staff, etc. When we did finally go back, which was about a month afterwards, we got right in/no issues, and had a great time. So much to do here and while it is more expensive, it's worth it. It's TWO parks and you can go back and forth all day. And each park has more than enough to do. Two cons: the lifeguards werent too friendly. Ive experienced this at most waterparks though; regardless, hire some people with smiles on their faces. It's a family place. Secondly, they charge for EVERYTHING. Parking, entrance, even a tube for the lazy river. Pretty ridiculous. I advise going on a weekday because it can get really overcrowded.
  • It was very horrible I would never take my family there again..no customer service at all ..workers are rude we climb all DA way to DA top jus to get told my 6 year old was too small to ride meanwhile other kids (differnt race )same size was able to ride...we went to get money from ATM and learn it wasn't a ATM only a credit the staff was jus dum as they come I could go on but what's DA point ..horrible horrible place..
