  • The rides were decent. They wouldn't let parents or grandparents slide with the kids in the kids area (which when you have a 3 year old should be allowed). The park is in some serious need of renovations to the amenities. The eateries, bathrooms, gift shop, etc look like they haven't changed since the place opened. A little pricey but fun was had.
  • Used to be fun , but things have changed. My boyfriend was approached by a staff member and with her telling him to " pull you swimming trunks up we have a sign right there saying we don't want to see your underwear. " she was so rude. He had on swimming trunks but the water from the wave pool pushed his trunks down and a tad bit of his underwear was showing. She was extremely rude. Food was okay. Everything else was really fun. Not to mention , they gave us a second day free. Will return.
  • Lots to do and clean, good value - rude staff. They need better training. I had no issues at the park whatsoever. But the kids working almost all had a bad attitude. I saw one rude to my 10yo son when he asked for directions to a slide. There were two outstanding kids that seemed like they enjoyed being there. The rest were rude and watching the clock. Not the kids
  • Me and my kids and my cousins went here last here and we had a great time. yes the lines were long. Its a very busy park and its the summer times so YES its going to be a lot of kids there. The food was great but kinda expensive. Overall we had a great time and we will be back in a few weeks.
  • We drove from MS to this Water Park. I had read the reviews of bad attitudes, but I dismissed it saying that I would see for myself. Well, attitudes started at the gate upon check in. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!!!! Then, my husband was purchasing food for my son (using tickets instead of cash) and wanted water instead of a soda. They told my hubby that he had to get the soda and not the water, with no refund or exchanges!!!!!! So, this had my hubby irate!!!!! Then, a GHETTO employee began clapping her hands together while talking as if this tactic scared us!!!! Horrible experience from beginning to end. Tickets are too expensive for crappy attitudes and service!!! Too many young staffers!!!!! Will never visit again!!!!
