Palm Island Indoor Waterpark Reviews
Took 2 year old daughter multiple time. Small waterpark - 2 slides, basketball hoop pool, Jacuzzi "hot" tub (warm), jungle gym park for smaller kids. Bit pricey but on Mondays you can get in half pric... more »
This water park and I say this lightly was as bad as the hotel that house's it. Small, cloudy water, super hot, dirty. Couldn't wait to get out of there. more »
Good spot for family's to enjoy water park that is on the smaller side but much easier to keep track of them. They also have an outside pool attached that is accessible. more »
Had a party for my 10 year old daughter. The kids had fun in the water park, but the service for the actual party was terrible. I asked if I could move her gifts into our party room early because no one was using it. The manager forbidden me to! He said “your hour starts the second you enter”. Then it came time for pizza. They dropped 1 of the 3 pizzas on the floor. So we had to wait for that one to get done. When I booked the party, it states that each child gets 2 slices of pizza. They cut the pizzas in 8 x 14 kids is 28 pieces, but they only wanted to give me 3 pizzas! I had to fight for a half pizza. Then we finally finished eating. The kids went back in the water. We began moving their stuff back out to the public area. An employee comes up to me to ask what kind of ice cream the kids wanted! I had to chase All he kids around to figure out what they wanted. It was short of a disaster. Very disappointed! Not cheap for 14 kids!!!
Well where do I start first off I checked into my room! When I got into my room there what damages on the walls the pull out bed had no springs in it the mattress to it was old and crumbled! I proceeded and went and told the front desk lady there was rude gave attitude to me for no reason and told me I had to deal with it! The bathroom was a little moldy and had rust on the pipes and everything there was food crumbs and don’t even want to say on the floor! Over my over night stay was just that I stayed and left! I wouldn’t suggest staying at the hotel part! The little water park they have is nice for little kids and the staff is great when it comes to kids with disabilities! Also the hotel restaurant was good and food was worth every penny! But the hotel it’s self I wouldn’t stay at all I rather stay else where!
Nice place to take young kids to have some cheap fun. But!! Who is managing this place? There is dust everywhere, on glass over looking water park from rooms, lighting fixtures and plastic palm trees. Also paint peeling in large pieces in multiple areas on skylights. Someone needs to seriously address this and keep it clean. Other then that it's an alright place
Had a fantastic time! Grandkids loved it 😍😁Water slides were OK, two of them. My 4yr old granddaughter loved the water play area 😉It was a bit expensive....
This is one of the WORSE places I have EVER been to! the staff is NO help! The hotel manager is a scammer, this hotel is a scam! I booked a room for New Years thinking it will be fun but no where on their website or facebook stated we need a New Years package! I booked a room and called to confirm if I need special tickets or anything for that night since nothing was posted on the website or facebook page. I called and they want 337 dollars for this New Years package, I called the manager and hes "busy" with renovations. They are NO help!! stay away!!
