  • I applaud every organization who makes an effort to preserve history. This one gets a10 The historic native American village has been painstakingly recreated in every detail. Tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Recommended for any history buff.
  • Interesting reconstruction from combined archaeological and sociological Native American data. Guides don't rush along but are informal and friendly.
  • This was my second visit to Wolf Creek Indian Village, and this time it was a totally different experience. The museum and gift shop had been remodeled and upgraded, and a Medicine Wheel had been created out front. As we were traveling with an elderly person, we were taken on a golf cart down to the village itself, by an extremely knowledgeable and friendly guide, who went out of his way to answer all of our questions, and explain all of the details about the village, how the dwellings were constructed, food was grown, utensils were made and so on, as far as the archaeologists and local Native American volunteers have been able to surmise. It was a treat for us adults, and local friends have told me about how excited their children were after visiting there, and there were many hands-on activities.
  • I drive all the way from Knoxville, TN to see my best friend, Tammy D. I always have to go over to the Indian Village. It's just so peaceful!
  • The wolf creek indian village is very child friendly. The gift shop prices are not extortionate and has a very nice selection of trinkets that children will very much enjoy.
