  • Great for a day at the lake (they offer a sandy beach, boat rentals, dock, concessions, restrooms and playground) or a night of camping. Beautiful area as well, close to attractions in Bethel, Woodsto...  more »

  • I go here every year for a motorcycle camp out. Beautiful setting, and very clean campsites. However, if you want to sleep in a tent, it can be a challenge now as they put crushed stone on every plot. There are some lean to buildings available, but not every site has those.
  • Great beach. Lots of trails
  • We went there for the first time after the season ended and found ourselves at the closed gate of a private camping weekend. The folks there were so kind and allowed us entrance. The beach is small and perfect, the water was not weed filled even for almost early fall. We kayaked and swam the entire lake. Very friendly locals as well came to say hi during our visit. We will definitely be back for hiking and more water sports!
  • It's nice most of the time to go for the walk as it isn't too crowded most of the time.
  • I LOVE this state park. It's not well known outside the area, but it's quiet and beautiful. The staff are really friendly and the water is crystal clear with a great dock for jumping in.
