  • An incredible, enlightening experience!!!!❤ definitely worth going to on your trip. The 3 instructors were absolutely incredible. Very knowledgeable and the older woman in the live petting aquarium was hysterical, although no way would I touch the sea cucumber when she offered😰 the man talking about the lobster boat was entertaining and very engaging. Make this a stop on your next trip to Maine!!!!
  • Very rushed, loved the concept but didn't feel like the kids got to experience the Maine ocean feel or the animals properly.
  • We brought our adult son here while he was visiting last summer. He wasn't too keen on going in the first place but once here we stayed from noon till closing. They are closed the winter.
  • Seems like it was a nice place at one time...unfortunately that time has passed. I gave it 2 starts because the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Save your $15 entrance fee and buy some lobster down the street at Trentons!
  • We went there on a rainy morning hoping for something to do while the weather moved out. $40 was too much for two adults and a child. I understand that it cost money to run the place, but still too much for admission. The touch tank was not something where kids could just go ahead and reach in. Instead, a staff person was lecturing and passing things around. The lobster hatchery was all lecture and DO NOT TOUCH. I'm sorry, we were all bored out of our minds. Maybe it would have been better if it wasn't rainy and we could have walked around the salt marsh, but if we were looking for a walk, we could just walk in Acadia. Again, I'm sorry, I usually give places like this a half decent review, but this place was lame and definitely not somewhere to bring a small child.
