  • Despite being in Maine for a week, we were still not sick of blueberries and decided to try the blueberry soft serve. It was quite tasty! I'd definately get it again!
  • We were looking for a snack while exploring Bar Harbor, and saw CJ's on one of the main streets. There were many flavors of ice cream, including quite a few unique flavors that aren't found in most ic...  more »
  • This place is fantastic. Fresh pies, cookies and brownies. Dozens of flavors of ice cream. Cute outdoor eating area along the main strip. The place was packed but the line moved fast. Would be 5 stars...  more »

  • Cash only. Freezer burned & grainy. Out of the flavor I asked for, so I went with "I don't know yet" and it tasted like melted plastic. Ate half of one scoop & tossed the rest.
  • Awesome non-dairy soy ice cream and sorbet options. Spoke with the owner and he was aware and adamant of minimizing cross contamination risks. Made the difference in ordering. Seems like the staff was well-trained to use new scoops. Very tasty.
  • The hardcice cream is what's most popular, Moose Tracks is one of our favorites
  • The blueberry ice cream is a must in Maine! Delicious. They also do a soft serve here but I personally like he hard ice cream better.
  • We entered to the owner mopping the floors and telling us they were closing soon, it was 45 minutes until posted closing. We ordered a hot fudge malt and the workers didn't know how to make it, so the owned lambasted the workers until they made an attempt. When we asked to add a few Oreos on top the owner said "make sure you charges them, you gotta pay for what you get."When I received the malt it was the consistency of soy milk. When we asked for the owner to fix it he said that "it's nearly impossible" to make a hot fudge malt. The he threw one more scoop in and blended it only to give it back to us and say "I won't be making any money on this one tonight looks like you got a free one" even though we paid 6.10 for a crappy malt. As you can see from other reviews the owner and staff are offensive and not a pleasure to do business with. Do yourself a favor and go over to Mt. Desert. Island ice cream across the street
