  • We waited until 10:15 for them to open today with another family and they never opened. I tried to call but no answer and no hours of operation posted. Really disappointed all of us!

  • Staff was extremely friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. 5 Stars all day long. Good finds too!
  • Visited today for our first gem hunting experience. Found beautiful stones. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful!!
  • Maybe not the best gem mine we have visited in the area, but it was very clean and the rocks we found were pretty nice.
  • My wife and I paid online for a reservation on 11/12/2015. Once traveled 5 hours away, the place was closed and all of my phone calls were ignored. Granted we didn't just go here for gem mining, but reguardless we were very upset. The website, google, and their answering machine said they were open. I still have yet to recieve any messages or call backs. So far I have not seen them charge my card, but I will take this to BBB until I hear something from them. My wife and I went to foggy mountain gem mine and they were open. I highly reccomend you to go there instead of this place.
  • Don't believe what they tell you very bad experience ! If you find some rocks there don't leave them .
