  • This was definitely way more than I ever expected it to be. This was not your typical and farm experience. All of the animals were working animals, and all of the staff had a wonderful knowledge they were very helpful and willing to share with you. We had a great time. I would definitely recommend you take the trip up the mountain to check out this amazing little farm.
  • We got lucky that there was another family there; we ended up getting an impromptu tour led by the owner's son Will. He led us past chickens and alpacas that didn't want to be petted, as well as llamas, horses, ponies, goats, and a pig that did! The dogs roaming the open areas are friendly, but he did warn us not to try to pet the guard dogs in the goat pens. He showed us bees, adolescent chickens in a safe area, and donkeys as well. It was a wonderful stop for our honeymoon! We bought jam in their shop; it was delicious!
