  • We used to go here when kids were younger. It's not amazing, but the kids always wanted to go back, sop that says something. Parking is a challenge.  more »
  • This is a hands on fun place for kids and adults both. One can spend a whole day here. There is a lunch room where one can eat and relax between enjoying all the exhibits.  more »
  • My family and I didn't get to this Museum this trip to Bangor but have visited twice before. This is an excellent place to take children as it has alot to offer.  more »

  • Great place to learn no matter your age. The human body, space, physics, you name it. It's no Boston Museum of Science, but it's just as much fun. Reserving a room for kids parties is great. The staff even have projects and classes for the kids where most everything is supplied, you just bring the kids. Spend the day or a few hours, you'll be back.
  • I have taken my eldest daughter here so many times in her life. While she is just 7 years old each time she is just as excited to check out the same exhibits over and over again. The climbing area is great way to get out some energy of a young child and there is a decent little snack area if none of the restaurants well within walking distance tickle your fancy. If you have kids under 10 I highly recommend checking this place out.
  • My kids love this museum. They always have lots of fun. There's a snack room so you can bring your own lunch.
  • This is an awesome place to bring te kids and spend hrs in
  • All of the exhibits look like the same ones that were there when I visited as a kid 20 years ago, with at least 50% of them broken and almost all of them falling apart. The staff wasn't friendly or welcoming, especially as you would expect them to be at a children's attraction. It seemed dirty. It was overpriced as well, charging the parents for tickets as well when it was most definitely only targeted for children to enjoy. That being said, tickets should only be charged for children. And it was the same price on tickets from children at a year old all the way up to adults. We won't be going again unless they make some BIG changes.
