  • The "Top of the World Observation Level" is located on the 27th floor of the World Trade Center "of Baltimore, which lies at the Inner Harbor. While not as high, the Observatory offers the tourists a bird's-eye view of 360 degrees, displaying the Baltimore port region, its attractions and buildings of the city. The Observatory is sealed with glass Windows, allowing you to visit at any time of the year. And your ticket is cheap. For adults, it costs $6. Worth the visit for an overview of the city and its surroundings. Is no indication of direction, stating where the visitor is looking. And also information about the sights of Baltimore. When we were (close to lunchtime, in winter), was super cool. No line, no wait, buy tickets and take the elevator.

  • Got to go for an event and it was worth the wait to be able to see Baltimore from above. Recommended for tourists and locals alike to pick out your favorite Charm City sites.
  • Very inexpensive to visit. Very beautiful view and scenery of Baltimore and the Inner Harbor. You can see for miles and miles! 360 panoramic views. Also, there is a lot of history here and a memorial ...  more »

  • An awesome experience for even the smallest wallet! My wife and I went to the observation deck above the Inner Harbor and were impressed. You can see for miles and miles, observing the whole city. It was a great time and there are some neat history pieces up on the 27th fl relating to the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Highly recommended for tourists. :)
  • This is one of the best tourist attractions on the Inner Harbor! The 360 degree views are wonderful of the harbor and downtown Baltimore. There is also a well-done memorial to the attacks on 9/11 in the plaza and on one side of the observation deck. There is also a little gift shop that sells postcards, key chains, and other touristy stuff. The price is also super cheap at $6 for an adult ticket! I would recommend the observatory to anyone going to downtown Baltimore.
  • Awesome view of the downtown area and a lot of neat historic artifacts to be viewed and learned. I got a good deal for viewing the observatory via Groupon but overall it's reasonably priced as you can't put a price on the experience.
  • Excellent place to see Baltimore like you have never seen before.
  • The view is amazing. Definitely worth visiting.
