  • I liked the size of this arena. I assumed it was similar in size to the Verizon Center in DC and so made sure I was on the lower level but it looked as though the upper level seats weren't bad either....  read more »
  • First time here. Not impressed. long lines for bathrooms, which were actually the mens room used for women. only had 4 stalls. The seats were really cramped. If I was a larger person it would have bee...  read more »
  • Great venue. Not a bad seat on the house. Food and beer is a little pricey, but to be expected at a venue like this. Concert was amazing!! Long lines for the bathrooms as always.
  • My boyfriend and I were in town for the Bad Boy Reunion concert on Sept.3 and I must say this place was disappointing. First we stood outside for nearly 2 hours even after the doors opened. There was absolutely no organization outside so people were cutting in front of those who were already in line. Once inside the arena the staff didn't provide any assistance with getting to seats or individual sections. The seats were small and tight which is probably why I stood up majority of the show. This place is close to being a dump that needs to be renovated and majority of the staff I encountered needs to be replaced. First and last time I go to this place. Believe the one and two star ratings because they are true.
  • Old building, hard to get to, lots of traffic, nonexistent, disorganized and unhelpful event staff, overpriced parking and food, uncomfortable seats, minimal security or police presence at a concert. Will never go to an event here again.
  • Yesterday (9/3/2016) was my first and last time attending any event at Royal Farms Arena. Despite a great performance by P. Diddy and the Family aka The Bad Boy Reunion, I am still unimpressed with this venue and it’s staff. Had I known I was going to deal with unprofessional, rude, temperamental and disorganized people that work at this Arena, I would not have paid for a VIP ticket. I would not have driven the hour to get there by the 7p doors opening, 8p show starting message, to only wait outside for an additional hour and a half. My first encounter with staff was as I was entering through the VIP entrance at 7:39 after being checked by security to have another employee yell, that I must leave because my VIP experience was now over was infuriating. I went to the Box Office line for additional help or some type of clarity and the gentlemen behind the glass had an attitude problem. Customer service obviously wasn't on the top of his list because I had to tell him, I wasn't mad at him before he changed his demeanor. If I am explaining to you and not yelling about what just happened with another employee why are you getting an attitude? After his attitude adjusted he said the event was from 5:30 - 7:30, yet my friend who had got in right before I did was told it didn't end until 8:00. I tried for an additional 30 minutes to get in with my VIP credentials, to only be met by disorganization and miscommunication at its finest. All of the staff was not bad. Unfortunately, the three pleasant staff members I met could not, make up for the negative and unreliable staff. I am not some snobbish person who demands satisfaction everywhere I go, however I don’t expect an attitude, or brush off whenever I am asking a question or looking for help with a situation. Bottomline: The $500 dollars I spent on the ticket, parking, food and drinks will be the last monetary exchange the Royal Farms Arena will get from me. I don't care if Jesus himself is there, I won't be. (hashtag) NEVERCOMINGBACK Thank you
  • WHAT a Crooked way to sell tickets. They only let you buy certain sections that the camera's face so it looks like a sold out show.W(Worthless) E and Royal Ripoff arena should be a Shame of the way the take advantage off the paying people.I will not attend any more events at that arena.Very Dissatisfied how the treat us just for ratings.
  • Ok but this place really needs to be renovated. It hasn't aged well and is barely sufficient for big WWE events and others that attract huge crowds
