  • I am still in shock as to how we were treated by security right in front of our children. Disney on Ice Frozen is a family event, with moms and dads carrying diaper bags for the little ones. We were s...  more »

  • Went to the Irresponsible tour show with Kev. It was nice. The bathrooms were clean, the security staff were on point, and the food was hot and fresh. However, the seats were a little tight to get in and out with people not being on time for the show, but we worked it out. They may need an elevator for those with disabilities, but they were very helpful iinspite of that. So thank you guest services, You Rock! I couldn't give a rating of 5*s because the services at the concession stand for food was Not okay with me. It took so long to order and receive my food. I ended up missing one of the comedians performance. Then I watched some of the employees eating as they served food to the customers at the cash register. And my food was mistakenly given to a customer behind me, so that made me have to wait even longer. The cashier did apologize, so thank you for that. I just expect an improvement for service at the concession stand on my next visit. But again, thank everyone else for their hospitality, and drama free zone.😎
  • I went for monster jam Triple threat series!! I LOVE MONSTER JAM!!! This is an event for all ages but I am an "adult" who has no kids and just loves monster trucks in general. I sat in section 113 and they were THE BEST seats!! The show is timed perfectly, you get to see so much!! Its overall a great time!!!
  • The show was great but my issue is with the royal farms arena. When is someone going to update/ upgrade the arena? The seating is horrible. Its literally no room. I almost fell trying to squeeze through people to get to my seat. Its enough that is called The Royal Farms Arena. (Yea I know royal farms bought it) However it could've been named The Royal Arena or The Baltimore Arena like it was. The fact remains that the space is a mess and more artists would come to Baltimore if the arena was up to par. All around the city and county you see royal farms locations being demolished and rebuilt from the ground up yet they purchased the arena and refuse to put any money into it.
  • Not awesome... That's all I can say. The seats are AWFUL. I'm nearly 6 feet tall and my legs were aching within moments of finding my seat. The seats themselves are hard, uncomfortable, and far too close together. Expect discomfort, if not outright pain, after sitting for even a few minutes. After a 2 hour show, you'll be lucky if you can walk... Between the pain in your feet, ankles, knees, hips, AND spine, it is a form of torture. Honest. The seating structure is impossible, and unless you're in the front row it isn't a pleasant experience. Even getting inside is uncomfortable, as it generally requires long lines, lots of walking, and (if you require them) cramped, slow elevators that hardly qualify as big enough to accommodate a wheelchair. I'll compliment the show itself (Jeff Dunham) because it was actually worth the pain; but I won't -EVER- recommend this venue to anyone who has even the remotest problem with mobility or disability.
  • We saw Disney's Frozen on Ice. We LOVED the show. However, the venue was just so-so. We don't know what was up with their floor section numbering system. We were told that we were in the wrong seats midway through the show. It was very annoying since we were shown our seats by an arena staff member. Ugh. How does section 129 fall in the middle of 127 and 128? Speaking of seating, the chairs are some of the worse that I've experienced. They're very small, and tight... even my 90 lb, 12-year-old son was uncomfortable. We did enjoy that there's great parking garage very close to this venue. We were in a great location right across the street.
