  • I had heard of this place for many years. I had some free time so I decided to check it out. The place is very nice with great open bars, a life sized pool set and a stage for concerts. Otherwise, it ...  more »

  • Powerplant is a good location for events. It gives you options for bars and eateries. But the nightlife is very hit or miss. Some nights there can be a good crowd and other nights it can be totally lame and you're left wondering where everyone is. There is ZERO variety in venues. With all of the different bars it would be nice if there was one spot with urban/hip hop, another spot with Top 40 and another with EDM BUT NO. They tend to hire these lame DJ's that all play the same thing. Can these places please hire a radio DJ and not the DJ who only gets hired for weddings?! This is the kind of place most times that the music drives you to want to drink since that is really the only way you can enjoy such lame selections by the DJ. So in conclusion, Powerplant is just "okay".
  • It's ok. Buncha chain bars, but the occasional great band plays at rams head, and joe squared is legit great pizza. The beer garden is worth a visit too.
  • Fun place for a drink, there are lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. Some of the options have great drinks. If you're under 21 be sure to come and eat before dark, when they start to card you at the gate. If you have a fake, you're better off elsewhere.
  • A whole bar of pretty women, just women all races. Pretty dope, not a fan of rock bands but it help keep the atmosphere calm for a Friday night! And the police copters shining lights all over the place...
  • Awesome scene. Live bands Good food. Reasonably priced booze.
