A defining landmark, Inner Harbor featured water too shallow in the 18th century for heavy industry.   • The shops are gone. I heard that the Harbor Shops are in receivership aka bankruptcy. So sad to see. Go to Fells point in stead for good restaurants and shopping.  more »
