  • This museum has the greatest collection of comic books. If you love comics, this is a must see. The also have items from tv shows and movies but the comic books are my favorite.
  • This was largely a comic book history museum. If you're into that, it's a good way to spend an afternoon. The displays are neat and carefully curated, if a little dull. I don't recommend this for kids...  more »
  • This place was great. We went right at 10 and toured it alone. So many cool things to see! We loved all the old comics around to read.

  • Good place to spend a couple hours on a hot day. Not a huge museum by any means, but certainly a fun one to visit if you are into comics, movies, sci-fi, and/or a heavy dose of nostalgia. There really is something for everyone here to reminisce about their childhood/early adolescence about. I was a little disappointed that the contemporary stuff is just a gift shop, but it's fun to walk around nonetheless.
  • A very pleasant surprise. Not huge but a quirky collection of memorabilia from different eras. Really enjoyable for a quick visit.
  • A pretty amazing collection of memorabilia, animated and illustrated artworks gathered over a long period of time by a local comic bookshop owner. The collection ranges from the 19th century to the late twentieth century. I do wish the collection was better organized - - as its basic chronological order makes for some strange and confusing juxtapositions. The collection is in DIRE need of trained curation, because there is SO much material arranged chaotically, its current state is so many missed opportunities. Thoughtful curation could make for some dynamite exhibitions. Still worth a visit for its over-the-top quirkiness!
  • This museum is very interesting for anyone into pop culture. They have everything from super heroes to obscure local characters made for advertising. Geppi's swaps out their exhibits often, such as when they got donations from the world's largest Alice in Wonderland collection. My only major complaint was how incredibly cold it was while I was there.
  • This is a fascinating place and a must-see for lovers of pop culture and Americana. There's so much in here, from the 1800s to the present. Exhibits are generally divided by decade. Orioles season-ticket holders get free admission, and it's next door to Oriole Park.
