Bal Harbour Shops, Bal Harbour
(4.4/5 based on 700+ reviews on the web)
Visit the luxury shops at Bal Harbour Shops, one of the few remaining family-owned malls in the United States. This open-air mall opened in 1965 on the former site of U.S. Army barracks and a World War II prisoner of war camp. Today, as you walk through the beautiful center, you can stop at a restaurant, and, of course, shop the boutiques of some of the world's most famous designers, including Chanel, Prada, and Valentino. For travelers who use our international travel planner, Bal Harbour holidays become easier to arrange, with trips to the Bal Harbour Shops and other attractions mapped out and timetabled.

  • I can not call attraction unless you cricket, chilling out on the very exclusive and pricey chains. Nice to have a time to walk through it, but to us.

  • The top end shops here are very impressive if rather expensive. There are many jewellers and watch shops, also clothes and accessories too. This is well worth a visit if you want something special.
  • Definitely Bal Harbour = LUXURY. It is the most luxurious shopping center of Miami, with shops of famous brands. It is a mall with a decoration very according to its stores, with beautiful sculptures and gardens. If you do not have a high budget for shopping, don't worry, Bal Harbour is a place to stroll and enjoy their beautiful windows.

  • I'll sum it up with just this; its a fantastic collection of brand boutiques and wonderful collection of restaurants (there is a wonderful Steven Starr French restaurant [ Lee Zoo] and a Japanese restaurant [Makoto]. There is a Miami Famous and wonderful Italian restaurant Carpacio. Houstons The Grill is on the second level, everything you can expect from Houstons with a twist, pretty cool and unique. And there is a great little (not so little but great) cafe on the second level Santa Fe, very nice place for breakfast, lunch and quick delicious items.
  • Fun place to go shop or just look around at the latest fashion. The window displays are always beautiful and if you get hungry there's great restaurants to choose from. It's outside so dont go when it's too hot or raining.
  • Bal Harbour shops is a beautiful outdoor mall with a host of designer shops including Tiffany, David Yurman, Gucci, Dior, Chanel, Fendi and on and on. Pleasant, relaxed atmosphere and all the high end shops in one place!
  • It's really nice with koi ponds, greenery, restaurants, and high end shops. The only negative is that it's not affordable for most. But that's life right.
  • Good for a stroll and to avoid the hoi poloi of Lincoln Road. The café at Neiman Marcus is excellent. And the koi ponds are a hit with kids. Be sure to get your parking validated, as it gets expensive!
