A quieter beach than Robert Moses and Jones Beaches. It's a pretty clean beach. There is a small pitch & putt golf course to the side. Nice place to spend a summer afternoon.

Great place to go to in the summer they have aband nice bar. The food is good pleanty of room to eat or sit at the bar or on the beach just bring some chairs.

What a gem past the crowds of jones beach and closer than the hype of fire isl. the waves are strong and it’s not so kid friendly as it gets deep quick. Surrounded by dunes, expansive volley ball courts and playground it’s definitely a win. Note nonresident admission fee is $40 and totally worth it for the cleanliness, frequent lifeguard stations and overall atmosphere

Very nice beach but don't try to relax in the sun there are people fishing up and down the entire beach!! Fishing is out of control ! No code enforcement at ALL!!

This beach was so nice! I loved that they had volleyball nets to use. They also have the shack place to eat which is very nice. It’s a pretty long walk to the water so bring a wagon if you plan to bring a lot of items. They have a lot of trash cans around as well. The bathrooms they’re were very clean. The food wasn’t to pricey and the portions are very big which is good if your hungry after all the swimming. The sunset there was very pretty as well.
