  • Wide range of uses. Easy parking at a variety of spots along trail - Ayer trailhead has a 60 spot lot and trailhead in NH has a large lot as well. Cool spot to sit at NH trailhead for lunch by the pond, along with where they will be expanding the trail....and there's an ice cream stop in the middle of trail. Few bumpy spots from roots/frost heave but all marked with spray paint.
  • Great riding trail. Fully paved.
  • 25mi to Ayer and back. It's flat and paved with minimal frost heaves. There a good coffee place for a midway break at the end in Ayer.
  • 12.4 miles from Ayer MA to Nashua NH. Great scenery and wildlife including fish, turtles, ducks, beavers. Mixed use for walking/running, biking, rollerblading, horseback. Plenty of parking along the trail with large lot at both ends.
