  • Ziker Park is a true part of Austin. We were here for ACL Fest 2016, and with thousands of other people we had an absolutely wonderful time visiting the part of the three day festival. There are many ...  more »

  • This park is perfect. It's close to home, there's always parking on the west end, and there's plenty of space to let your dog(s) run around and play (with other dogs!). I don't come here on the weekends, because it's paid parking, but on a weekday evening, my fiance and I come down here regularly to eat a picnic dinner and meet people (and their dogs). There are also great running trails along the river that can be accessed from here.
  • This park is definitely one of my favorite things about Austin! I would say all the best events happen at Zilker but there's so much that happens in Austin that it's hard to say. But there's definitely a good amount of phenomenal events here. And even when there isn't anything going on it's still a great place to hang out or play a pickup game of your favorite sport. Anyone who isn't from Texas might think it's weird to put this detail in, but the grass at Zilker is really nice, it's not itchy and it's pretty soft!
  • It's a beautiful park with a lovely doing pool. Lots of parking friendly people work there a real nice young lady named Babs answered all my questions about the springs. Had a great time so refreshing
  • Zilker park was the first place I visited when I came to Austin. It was an amazing experience and led to me falling in love with the city in the first place. There is an amazing trail for walking, running, and biking. Sand volleyball courts, frisbee golf, music & many other types of festivals, and right next to Barton Springs pool. This park is perfect for hanging out, working out, sports, dogs, and picnics/grill outs.
  • So much to do in so much space. My kids enjoyed the Zephyr and large playground. I enjoyed being outside and seeing people enjoy nature. There were kites, picnics, parties, and lots of other activities (kayaking/canoeing, biking, walking/running, sunbathing, swimming). Find a place to park and enjoy the entire day!
