  • Great selection of music and very knowledgeable staff! Wanted good Texas -based music, and was recommended some great stuff at reasonable prices. Lots of vinyl and cds available. Great t-shirts too!
  • What a wonderful experience for those of us who love all types of music! Vinyls, cd's, t-shirts - just a fun place! We went so my youngest daughter (age 20) could add to her vinyl collection. Excellen...  more »
  • It's really nice to see a REAL record store still around these days and this one is tops! If you are into music or just the local history scene you shouldn't miss this!

  • Came on Wednesday for the free music, stayed after for the great selection. Had a great time, best record store I've been to
  • This place is my favorite record store and I make at least one stop here everytime I'm in Austin. They have a great selection of vinyl and you can always find some rare films here too.
  • Sloppy! This store has become very sloppy with their customer service. I went to an in store signing of Meatloaf back on 8/4, for his new CD. It was great to meet him in person after all these years, and he could not have been nicer. The deal was, if you purchased his new CD in advance, you could get advance liner notes signed. The CD was to come out on 9/16, a Friday. Well, I drove down there after work, and was told, no, they don't have any in stock! Huh? 150-200 people in line, who paid in advance, and they didn't get the CD's in? They said to check back with them on the 20th, which was a Tuesday. So that meant for me, I had to drive back down town, make a special trip, all they way from Cedar Park. There were no apologies, no discounts offered to me, no nothing. They didn't seem to care one bit! Just sloppy guys, very, very sloppy. They were also supposed to have the new Led Zepplin 3 CD set of the BBC recordings in on Friday, but they didn't get them in either. So I ordered it on Amazon as soon as I got to the parking lot.
  • Great spot for movies/music/records new and used, and memorabilia. Need that hard to find artist you can't get enough of? They got it. Added bonus of free sets by artists traveling through town, check website for schedule.
  • So glad this place has survived when a lot of its neighbors have gone. Wonderful selection of records, shirts, and all sorts of fun buys. Customer service is good and it's nice to be able to listen to something before you purchase
