  • Great place to hang out and people watch. Oh, and shop. They have just about anything and everything you'd need all contained in this outdoor shopping mall. Great food, mostly high end stores and apple (oh and Microsoft if you're into that sort of thing). They just completed a new phase which includes a four story restoration hardware that's pretty amazing. If you visit that store be sure to check out the rooftop. The mall has grassy areas and play areas for kids (key!) and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for restaurants. It's a great setting with trees and green spaces and the family always enjoys spending time just meandering around the place. Parking can be a little challenging but they do have a couple of garages now with the new section open and that's relieved some of the overcrowding. There are also valet stations throughout the property in case you need to get in and out quickly and the cost isn't too bad. All in all a better way to shop in my opinion and a pretty cool development in north Austin.
  • The Domain has the widest range of offerings I've ever seen in a mall. The northern side is more upscale, with brand name stores, a Tesla location, and more. The southern end is more typical of a normal mall. Both sides have outdoor seating and tons of food options. The northern side also has a play area for kids in an open area that often hosts events and bands. All in all, it's a great mall to spend a day at. However, since the area is undergoing a lot of development, it can be hard to find parking during busy times. Don't waste your time trying to find an elusive street spot inside the mall area, just head over to a parking garage and enjoy the short walk to the shops.
  • Great mix of shopping, dinning and entertainment. If you know the shortcuts, parking can be easy. If you don't, the parking in popular areas fills up fast. It is best to plan your visit. Walking from end to end is an adventure.
  • It was very nice. A very nice mix of retail and restaurants. Well marked crosswalks, nicely landscaped. Ample parking, not too far to walk, and enough cover on storefronts to stay in the shade. 😉
  • I love the look of it. I didn't get to go around in the shops you walk around because it was raining, but I peeked through and looked like some good places. It's extremely busy, though. Prepare yourself. There's a good Macy's there and some food joints I hadn't heard of, + much more.
