  • I think Graffiti Park is a great idea but needs the people who use it to clean up after themselves. There was trash everywhere which detracted from the area. You're given a FREE AND LEGAL place to do ...  more »

  • This was a fun spot for older kids. Beware the difficult parking and steep hill climbing, and consider wearing tennis shoes. Beautiful view of downtown Austin from the top and a vibrant view of the graffiti and castle on the hill from the bottom.
  • The Graffiti Park at Caslte Hill is one of many things that makes Austin special. There is a community that keeps coming back to the park and adding new art every week. Everything is subject to change. Nothing is permanent. I could go back again and again. It doesn't hurt that there is a nice view from the top. If you go, make sure you wear clothes and shoes you can be active in and being some water. Getting the full experience requires a bit of a climb.
  • This is a place that I bring anyone that is visiting Austin. It's a staple to show visitors. As a local, it is a cool place to go at anytime and see how it has changed since the last time you went. It has a great view of the Capitol Building and it's easy to get to.
  • This place is amazing!! Such a different and cool thing to do! I brought my 9 year old son. We brought brushes and acrylic paints, found a shady spot, and painted for an hour or so. We admired all of the huge murals that spray paint artists left. It is difficult to climb, so bring sturdy foot wear. I was appalled at how many people left their empty spray cans. Next time, we will bring a trash bag to help clean it up. You can see all the way to the state house from the top! Great views.
  • This place is wonderful to stop by and check out what's new. Every time I go it's a new experience. Always new graffiti and a lot if it pretty amazing.
