  • Beautiful location for a small picturesque wedding! Grounds were gorgeous and views breathtaking. Quaint ceremony and well organized. Bell in chapel was from Troy, NY which added a touch of home.  more »

  • I love Chapel Dulcinea! I am a local wedding photographer, and come out here at least once a month! I love this outlooks, gorgeous architecture and wonderful staff. So glad there is still an affordable way for couples to have an intimate wedding with beautiful scenery!
  • Absolutely stunning views of the hill country! The walk to the chapel from the main building is on a paved path and very easy to use. I was worried about wearing heels, but it was not a problem at all.
  • Beautiful and Free! So easy to book just look at their calender for available slots and book with a small deposit that you get back on your wedding day, it really is that simple!! My husband and I were married their on March 16, 2017 could not have been more perfect. The chapeI sits on the edge of a small cliff overlooking the beautiful Hill Country, and there are so many unique spots for picture opportunities, it really is a must see!! I strongly recommend using Scott Payne " the knot tier" as your officiant. We also had our reception at Trudys about 5 miles away they have a large roof top Terrance for privet events, our cake was made by well yeah Cakes so beautiful and delicious. You can't go wrong with any of theses recommendations
  • Absolutely a wonderful experience. Beautiful grounds and breathtaking views of Texas hillside. Staff were very helpful in last minute wedding preparations. Thank you again for helping make my special day even more special!
  • My wife and I love the fact that you can stay in I need area the whole time..your wedding party doesn't have to keep getting moved around. The hour guide started us from the shop and then toured the whole area.

Where to stay in Austin

Austin bills itself as the "Live Music Capital of the World," so it shouldn't come as a surprise that many of its hotels sell out long before the city's popular festivals. If you wish to stay near downtown's live music scene, look for package deals and book your accommodations well in advance. If downtown clubs and bars aren't your priority, consider hotels located just outside the central part of town, in comfortable areas where you won't need a car to get to most of the city's major cultural sites.
