My friends and I did the Hill Country Shuttle with Brent and had an awesome experience. He has a vast knowledge of the everything in Austin from the history, the environment, the eateries to the night life. He is a great tour leader and a great driver! I would definitely recommend this tour if you love good BBQ as well as great wine. Initially thought it was a weird combination for a tour but that’s what “Keeps Austin Weird”!!

Highly recommend!! Had a tour with 40+ private group and the Real Austin Tour with 8 folks. Marty was an outstanding guide for both of the tours very knowledgeable but more than that very enthusiastic and entertaining. We booked 2 tours with Austin Detours and we were lucky enough to get Kandace both times. She is so knowledgeable and not to mention funny! Kandace made us feel comfortable and gave us some great recommendations. We checked out a few and they did not disappoint! She really went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. If you are reading this review wondering if you should book a tour with AD, definitely do it!

Phenomenal! My tour guide Martin was was very knowledgeable about the city as a whole, whether it came to good spots to eat, music, suggesting where to move if you did decide to move to the city, or historical facts. The tour felt very personalized and I could ask any questions at any point that I wanted. I can’t recommend Martin or booking with this tour company enough.

I have read some other reviews and I will say for the most part it was a good time. We had a company scavenger hunt which was well organized. The individual team leaders were great. If you get Trace as a group leader don’t expect to have a fun time. The guy takes it way too seriously. He talks to adults like they are children. He has no respect for the customer and is unprofessional. What started out as a 5 star experience changed because of this one person.
