  • So many options of boots - we walked away with 4 pairs! They have all price ranges and the employees are really helpful and nice.
  • Our daughter is 8 and we bought her 1st pair of cowboy boots here on our trip to Austin. I forgot the gals name but she was so accommodating and friendly! She took her time in fitting our daughter & h...  read more »
  • Well, two actually. Everyone should get her first pair of boots at either Allen's in Austin or Leddys in Fort Worth. Well, their sevond and third pairs, too. Plan at least an hour. Walk in them a bit....  read more »
  • If you're ready to drop some coin on quality western boots this is your place. Rough estimate is that they have around 9000 boots on the floor. Mid to high end. You might get a good sale but they don't carry cheap stuff.
  • Many choices of great boots; however, there is a lot of traffic and not enough staff to answer questions. The staff is bustling along and can't take the time to adequately help you choose the correct boot. I was happy with the selection of size 14s, but not happy with the service.
  • I brought a German friend here to shop, and after he tried on a particularly extravagant pair of boots, we were most graciously informed by one of the employees - male with long blond hair - that the "costume store is down the street". I can assure you, after such a fantastic demonstration of the quality of employees, I will not be returning to an Allen's location.
  • Nice selection of boots! However, the "ladies" there didn't act like they wanted to talk to us as we overheard them snickering about us. If they only knew how much money I could have spent in your store! Oh well, I will spend it elsewhere LMAO!
  • Well the girl at the front cashier has no retail people skills! She said we can only take 3 credit card gift sales and we said ok we'll pay the rest with our credit card and she said only 3 cards. We're like what, than another guy comes and says well we can do it this other way, I said I'm good. Rejected their $300 dollar sale. As I walked out she said, "well keep your smile on!". Very rude!! I'm thinking to myself of course I will and Allen needs to train their employees to be on the same page. Both employees saying different transactions methods. I will keep my smile on and save money! I'm going to Cavender's, cheaper and same quality and no rude customer service. Girl clearly needs help or just plain rude!
