  • The river walk is very well done with great paths, vistas and benches to spend time just watching the river go by.  more »
  • Love to walk along the river walk on Saturday mornings after visiting the Saturday farmers market. Bring the family & pets great views of the river. Super fun atmosphere on those days with great food,...  more »
  • We had a little time to kill before dinner so we toured downtown Augusta and ended up on the Riverwalk. It is very pleasant to watch the river and rowers zooming down the waterway.  more »

  • It's a nice place to walk/run by the river. The houses on the opposite back are huge. There is a nice, family friendly park at the end of the Riverwalk, complete with relatively clean restrooms.
  • If you have ever been to other riverfront cities you can see the potential here in Augusta. Not sure what it will take to get it to five stars. But they are not there yet. Great place to walk and spend time with family and friends.
  • Beautiful walk. Nicely maintained gardens. Flagpoles contain banners from the various powers that ruled over the city. Confederate flag was absent, probably due to political sensitivities.
  • Beautiful place to have a romantic walk, a walk to relax your mind, or just to hang out. Has a farmers market along the path that is nice to stop by at.
  • Im visitor to friend tour me around. Nice place and lot of opportunity than my home NC. Well.
