  • This museum is a decent sized museum for the size of Augusta. It has some mainstay pieces which I enjoy every time I go, but some pieces that rotate. When we first moved here we did one of the kid act...  more »

  • I had the pleasure of visiting this museum on the opening of Marty Stuart's "American Ballads" exhibit on Sept 9 and I must say that I fell in love with the Morris Museum. The layout and the permanent exhibits are top notch and the staff (& volunteers) were simply some of the nicest people I have ever met. I visited Augusta this time primarily for the Stuart exhibit (& his concert afterward), but I must say that at some point I will return again to Augusta and when I do, another trip to my new favorite museum will be on my agenda. Highly recommend this excellent facility.
  • Great little collection, loved the Rolland work. They also let us in for free due to the evacuees from Hurricane Matthew.
  • Really nice art museum, if you have not been go.
  • Great place for great art and to beat the heat.
  • Great place to visit
