  • It's an amazing venue. Too bad the Pistons are done playing there after this season. My family enjoys the palace very much. Great seats and east to get in and out. I'll miss seeing games there.  more »

  • Neil Diamond put on a fabulous show. He was truly terrific as always his voice is just as strong and great as it was 40 years ago. However there were no handicap parking spaces and we paid $25 to park. That was very disappointing. It was a nice venue of though the staff inside the panels were very nice people and did their best to accommodate the crowds.
  • Had a great time last night at the Palace at Neil Diamond concert! Love when he sang Coming to America. He had pictures of the past showing immigrants of all nationalities coming to the USA for freedom! Reminded me of my family coming to America. I so wish they will not demolish the Palace for so many memories enjoying all the events since 1988.
  • I always had good experiences going to the Palace. It has a very large parking lot with a fair price ($15), a nice infrastructure and always enough staff. Security checks do not take long, there are plenty restaurants including fine dining, craft beer and cocktails. Also inside no matter where you sit you'll have a good view of all the action. Seats are easy to access and toilet is never too far. I'll miss the Pistons games at the Palace!
  • I was at the last game the Pistons will play here. I don't know what the future holds for this venue since the Pistons are moving to Detroit (Closer to where I live - which is a plus for me), but the Palace is still beautiful and has been extremely well maintained and updated. I'd hate to see it bulldozed down as it could still be a great concert/event venue - but - business owners tend to do what's best for their organizations and you have to respect that. Thanks for all the years of seeing awesome shows, sporting events, visiting the suites and being invited to the special events held for season ticket holders.
  • Went to 6/2/17 Neil Diamond Concert. When driving into the lot, there was no sign to show the parking charge. The guy collecting money said it was now $25 to park. Looks like someone is trying to rip-off the patrons because the palace is closing. When I got to my seat, the floor was sticky all over, and the seat barely had any padding left. I felt like I was sitting on steel. I will avoid going to any more events at the palace. They obviously do not care anymore about this facility, and the parking charge is totally ridiculous.
