  • GREAT SHOW! Helpful event staff! Very clean and inexpensive night out! Not being from Detroit, I've never been here before! Will definitely come back!
  • Saw AC\DC Concert here. Liked the venue and had very good seats. Staff was attentive and friendly. I parked just outside the palace on a side road area and got out easily. Heard traffic can back up in...  read more »
  • First visit to the arena to see AC/DC show. Venue is very nice with lots of food and drink selection. The sound was great view was excellent. The staff is second to none. I had an accident, slipped on...  read more »
  • Poor venue for concerts. The view was blocked by the scoreboard for most of the upper deck. Screens were blank or blocked most of the time. Sound quality was mediocre and lighting was horrible. Loved Adele, but would have loved her more if I could have seen more of get on screens. I was on ticketmaster at time is sale and these were the best seats available.
  • Saw a concert here. The size is good for a large show and from what I could tell, there was only a small percentage of seats that weren't used. The acoustics were decent and the show was good. The only thing that seemed to not go super well was everyone leaving after the show. It didn't seem very organized.
  • Okay venue. Food prices are absolutely outrageous. I know venue food is guaranteed to be more expensive, but $13 for a cheeseburger? A regular, ol Halo Burger cheeseburger?
  • I've enjoyed many Pistons basketball games here over 2 decades, and even when you're sitting at the very top of the arena (which I've experienced), you can still appreciate the event. It doubles as a great concert venue as well. About 5 years ago, I witnessed my first "Wow! That was awesome!" reaction to a concert by Nine Inch Nails. This is a great place, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I've encountered some situations in which the seating was a bit dirty, but certainly not the worst I've endured. Great parking, right off I-75 and M-24/Lapeer -- you'll never have to worry about finding an open spot.
  • Great venue for sports! I'm originally from Oakland and frequented Oracle Arena. When I went to my first Pistons v Warriors game here at the Palace, I was pleasantly surprised how open, spacious, and clean it was. I've sat up in the upper concourse for a private party and also in regular lower level seats. The setting is what you'd expect but again spacious and easy to navigate. The selection of food and beer was above average too, bar food but nicer bar food versus the low quality high priced concessions you typically find elsewhere.
