  • The fox has always been great. I've watched many shows here and have volunteered in my teens My big complaint today, after spending $100 each on tickets they force me to throw out water to charge me $...  read more »
  • As a child, my family brought me to the Fox for shows and concerts. As an adult, I still frequent it as much as possible with my husband, friends, and family. It's definitely a one-of-a-kind. Recently...  read more »
  • Great concert in the historic Fox Theatre. The venue itself is worth seeing if you haven't yet been there! The Irish men and women of "Celtic Thunder" provided a great musical experience in their huge...  read more »
  • The Fox has a lot going for it and a few things that could be better. First the location on downtown Peachtree Rd and the iconic nature of the interior decor make for a great event if your in Atlanta. The only down fall is the snacks are pretty generic and things like water are too expensive. All in all it is probably the most icon landmark in the city for a good reason and worth a trip at least once.
  • Please do yourself a favor and visit this amazing venue next time you're in Atlanta. The unbelievable detail of the interior is something that's just so incredibly rare to find in this century. It's a little frightening to think that this beautiful landmark came so close to being bulldozed into a parking lot in the 70's. Even if you can't make a show, I believe they offer daytime tours if there's nothing big going on. You will not regret it, I promise!
  • See a show -- any show -- at the Fox! Better yet, take the under-appreciated Fox Theatre tour, which ferries you behind the scenes of one of Atlanta's most endearing landmarks. Learn how a campaign from a school child saved this architectural gem, see the lair of the "Phantom of the Fox" (now, sadly, departed), and see the spectacular pipe organ up close. Are there ghosts? Ask your guide. Meantime: while seats are small and tight, the mild discomfort is very much offset by the magical "indoors but outdoors" atmosphere of the auditorium and the lavish lobbies and staircases. A must-see.
  • Went to see Weird Al here. It's a gorgeous theatre with an amazing history. You feel like you are stepping back in time. The staff is extremely professional, polite, and obviously love being there!
  • Granted, I haven't been to a lot of theatre, but this is the coolest one I have been to. It reminds me of what it might have been like to go to a show 70 years ago. I love taking my daughter there for shows as well. Worth the premium you pay for tickets for the experience.
