  • We went for dinner and music, the music and service was fabulous. The food was okay, the gumbo very good, but the music trumped the food, and the ambience was cool!  more »
  • Good food, good service. I had the seafood jambalaya which was very good, we had some kind of nacho appetizer that had bbq on it I would also suggest.  more »
  • Went here for a business gathering where like 60 of us had our own room next to the live music stage. Very intimate place even though it is a large property. Great service and Georgian staple snacks l...  more »

  • Sat at the bar on busy Saturday night. My service was exceptional. My app came out quickly and I got my drink right away. Once I finished my app I ordered dinner and it came out even quicker! The food was good. A solid meal but not the complete wow factor. Everybody was nice and the live music was good. A solid night out
  • As always...it is a pleasure to visit The Juke Joint. From the generous hospitality of the hostesses who greet you at the hostess stand...to the warm smiles of the bartenders as they quench your thirst at the bar...to the delectable mouth watering choices of the menu...and to top it all off...the live entertainment that keeps your foot tapping or both feet dancing on the dance floor. Sweet Georgia's Juke Joint is one of Atlanta's premier night spots to unwind after a busy work week or simply get together with friends and loved ones for an unforgettable evening.
  • Great food. Great atmosphere. Great service. Great entertainment. My wife says, she knows when I think the food is great, I stop using my Knife and fork, and start using my hands to eat. And when the Blues ensamble is great, I stop eating and enjoy the music.
  • One of Atlanta's hidden treasures... This place has live jazz, the atmosphere is very calming with dimmed lighting in the dining area. There is a $5 charge however to sit in the dining area where the live music is played, but its well worth it.
  • Great music, cold food, and horrible service! Manager no where to be found. Our server no where to be found for a solid 30 minutes. My dad ordered a Sprite while we all ordered water. He didn't get that Sprite until he ate half of his meal. No condiments in the joint. Literally two bottles of hot sauce being passed around from table to table to put onto fried chicken. We had to go to the bar to pay our bills so we could leave. Not to mention another server stepped in to refill our waters, get my dad his sprite. If you sit in Chenga's section please get a different server. I really wanted to love this place but they ruined the fathers day dinner experience for my whole family last night.

Where to stay in Atlanta

Most of Atlanta's top hotels cluster in a downtown area with an easy-to-remember name--the Hotel District. The city's political and commercial hub, this area offers quick walking access to most major attractions. Another good area for boutique hotels and rental apartments is the ever-expanding Midtown, with proximity to most of Atlanta's big-name museums and theaters. If you're looking to save some money on accommodations, explore options in the more economical chain hotels outside downtown; from there, you can take the city's public transport to centrally located attractions and activities.
