  • Really enjoyed myself here recently. The venue was clean (even the restrooms🤗) and easy to maneuver. The staff was wonderful. One in particular, Stephanie Turner, was the absolutely best! She was very accommodating, friendly, upbeat, and patient. Thank you State Farm Arena for going over and beyond to make your patrons feel welcome!
  • Been to so many arenas and stadiums, but I can say State Farm Arena had some of the best seats. Space is usually tight but there was more leg room and much more plush seats than most others. Also the open concession areas are awesome with cool bars and food stands
  • Hi, I was in the area on last Tuesday for the Pink concert, I had the opportunity to interact with one of your employees by the name of Johnathan Reaves. I had a small issue with the quality of food at one of the concession stands. Johnathan saw from the expression on my face that something was not right and he approached me and asked me was there an issue. I did express my concern and he was very attentive and listen to everything I had to say, he asked me how could he make my experience better, he then told me what he could do for me. I was so appreciative to him for that. So many times we as customers write in for bad behavior but never for good behavior. I wanted to write this because not only did he handle my situation after that he checked on me during the concert to ensure I was still satisfied with everything. I’m not sure exactly what his job title is, however, I did get his full name so I hope this will get to his supervisor. I have worked in customer service for almost 20 years and what that young man has can’t be taught. He definitely goes above and beyond. I watched his interactions with his coworkers and other customers and I was very pleased with how professional he was. The State Farm Area has definitely got a diamond and I do hope that he is publicly recognized for this. I just want to Thank him for turning my first experience at the State Farm arena around.
  • My experience at the State Farm Arena was amazing. Alex, who works on the 200 level, was outstanding. I asked her several questions about my commendations. She was quick with answers, while attending to other guests needs. She and her associates made my trip to Mumford and Sons one of a kind. Please promote her, and pass her level of service on.
  • Had the opportunity to catch a quick game back in early February. I enjoyed most of the renovations. There were lots of amazing staff and great eateries. Some with unique and bold flavors others over simplified, but all great and simple pricing. Some of the line flows are a little clumsy for my taste but there was great staff to accommodate and make transactions speedy and pleasant. The game and fan experience has definitely improved over the year with classic and new elements all together. Can’t wait to experience more games, concerts, and events here! Let’s Go Hawks!!!
