  • I love this park. With all the events that happen monthly along with the fact that it has pretty much everything and more you could ask for in a park. Play area for kids, a dog park, wonderful walking areas and of course the legacy fountain for all ages.
  • Beautiful, large park in the heart of midtown. You can't go wrong coming here to walk, jog, bike, play soccer, chill, or any other outdoor activity you fancy. Figure out your parking options beforehand because it'll save some struggle. There's street parking in a nearby neighborhood or a paid parking deck in the park.
  • I know I won't be the only one saying that Piedmont park is amazing. It's great to have an area in a big city where people can run have sports to play or have a picnic under the sun. There's an amazing dog park, an active oval for running and sprinting, soccer fields, volley ball courts, tennis and basketball courts, and lots of open space for other activities. If you're planning a big event it's best to go to their website and book the space and get a permit, or get there decently early.
  • I hadn't realized how large this expanse was until my family got there. Very comfortable for a stroll even on a hot day with plenty of shade. The children's playground is varied and accessible to all sorts of kids. There's a more art deco-ish play space elsewhere that at first glance is a death trap, but with some close supervision my child had a ball.
  • One of my favorite places in ATLANTA! It'll take a long time to see the whole actual park. But the 2 visits we've had have been amazing for the most part. Only one bathroom area that I know of. A lot of strange individuals if you are with your family.
