Went on a Saturday AM at 10:30, parked right next to the door and never saw the crowd. Higher end stores and we always like to visit Arhaus looking for decorating ideas. There were plenty of people ar...  more »

Is it just me or does this mall make the ATL seem stuck in the pre-Civil Rights era? Just saying. It seems like this is where 'the white people are.' Empty compared to Lenox, but the this mall lacked ...  more »

This mall is great for families. It has a Build-A-Bear, Claire's, and other stores that even adults can shop in with their child. They even got a small Legoland in this mall. The Legoland is an awesom...  more »

I found exactly what I was looking for! "White linen slacks... And had a few nice surprises also. Briefly stopped in "Natural Beauty Spa Boutique" and the Sales Associate was a true delight. Knowledgeable, respectful, great personality! Overall a very pleasant young individual! Great experience at Phipps Plaza!

The Mall of Georgia is one of the more aesthetically pleasing malls to which I have ever been. Has some decent restaurants...and pretty much all of the good national chain stores. My biggest complaint would be the number of annoying kiosk folks there...and most other malls. It gets tiresome. And because of that, and one other anonymous reason, I don't often frequent malls any more.

Honestly, it's the nicest mall I've found in Atlanta. Parking can be interesting but I had an easy time, though it was close to closing. I wish it hadn't taken me so long to discover this place. Also, of note, the HUGE Lego Discovery place is inside here. They even had a Tesla sub inside that had some features enabled so I could play!!! Definitely will be returning.

Oh my universe. This mall has soooooo many items I loved from fashion, eye wear, hand bags, and more! When I shop for fashion, I sometimes leave with nothing in hand due to the quality of fabric, patterns and overall design. This mall has endless options that I absolutely love!

I can't review anything but the AMC movie theater, and the parking. The parking was difficult to come by. I had to make two passes before finding a spot. I don't consider it a bad thing, because that means that it is a popular place, as opposed to a place with most of the shops that had gone out of business. The AMC movie theater was really great. It had a lot of activity, and despite being so busy, the theater staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The theater has a couple of self-service ticket kiosks, and you also have the option to show your e-ticket for a very quick scan as you enter, and skip the box office line altogether. They have a bar which serves alcohol. There were many people who seemed to be enjoying themselves there. I had the best, first experience at a new theater here. Zero issues. I have made this my favorite theater, and will visit this location more than any other movie theater.

Where to stay in Atlanta

Most of Atlanta's top hotels cluster in a downtown area with an easy-to-remember name--the Hotel District. The city's political and commercial hub, this area offers quick walking access to most major attractions. Another good area for boutique hotels and rental apartments is the ever-expanding Midtown, with proximity to most of Atlanta's big-name museums and theaters. If you're looking to save some money on accommodations, explore options in the more economical chain hotels outside downtown; from there, you can take the city's public transport to centrally located attractions and activities.
