  • I have been attending since 2003 and am pleased with the high level of organization of this con. The attending membership is no longer as reasonable (and the hotels have sadly become quite expensive) ...  read more »
  • The South's largest sci-fi, fantasy, comic book, pop culture convention never fails to impress. We had an awesome time and we are set to return!
  • This was our first time at Dragon Con and loved it. It was a tad overwhelming and what I thought was very crowded, but that was our fault for not properly planning the activities. All the people were ...  read more »
  • A wonderful experience. Great workshops and interesting panels in all genres. The authors and actors are approachable and gracious to their fans. The people who attend are polite and friendly and the citizens of Atlanta are helpful and welcoming. A good experience and activities for all ages.
  • Dragon Con was awesome, we had a great time. There is so much to do that it can be overwhelming but super fun. It's very well-organized, especially for 77,000 people that span 5 hotels. I plan on attending next year!
  • My 4th DC this year! Best place to be for Labor Day weekend! Can be anything or anyone you want to be and have so much fun, make lots of new friends, and just be geeky and "IN" at the same time!!!! Love getting that kid inside of me out and being able to play make believe and have a blast!
  • Earlier today in a particularly crowded area my friends got separated, I know you can't prevent this. But. Jessica, was alone and lost not only that but a male behind her pushed is privates against her repeatedly. She moved away and tried to find us but he persisted. Lost and Scared she suffered a panic attack. Now creeps are a thing I get it. But where was the staff in the middle of a girl crying and having a panic attack? Why didn't y'all try to help her? I'm furious at the creep who would dare do that. And I'm disappointed y'all didn't bother to help a crying girl. This is a problem that needs to be fixed. What if it was a kid?! Would you let them cry. Or worse be taken off? Pay more attention!
  • Dragoncon is where you can go and be who you want to be without anyone judging you. Want to wear spandex, but got a few fat rolls? No problem. Want to dress as a fantasy character? No problem. Want to see other people who enjoy the same fandoms as you? No problem.
