  • The Pavilion on the Lake provides a very good functional space for conferences, meetings, and other events. Parking is generally adequate and the setting attractive.
  • I've been here for numerous events like car shows, tamale festival, the local zoo visits and more. The lake is there and is nice for the family to see.

  • Nice multi use park great for running, bbq, kayaking while the water is up. Many other uses. Bonus concerts during the summer.
  • This is a great place to take a walk around it. Its not as full of water as it has been but there is still water in it. Still pretty to walk around.
  • I was amazed how many people use the path around the Atascadero Lake for walking, biking and running. It is 1.1 miles around the path we did two times with a couple of friends and the time just blew by. I have found a way I will get some exercise.
  • Excellent park for kids and families of all ages. Multiple well maintained playgrounds, swings, bathrooms, individual and large group picnic areas, BBQ pits, and large areas to run and play. Plenty of free parking and even an inexpensive yet nice zoo right beside it.
  • Grew up going to the zoo
