  • Drove to maroon bells from the hotel Jerome in their courtesy Mercedes to be amazed at the beauty of this spot. Not many tourists in the mud season to share it with which was great

  • Those willing to put in the work to hike into the interior will be rewarded with absolutely stunning views. Just under two miles in all leave you standing at the edge of Crater Lake and venturing on up the passes will leave you with breathless views. Be adventurous and head into this beautiful wilderness and you'll be rewarded with an experience that'll leave a lasting impression.
  • It's peaceful and breath taking! If you're riding the bus try to get a ride before 4. We got on the 4:45 and got up there a few minutes before the last scheduled bus arrived to pick everyone up. We only had a few minutes up there but it was worth it!
  • Beautiful if you are in the Area you have to see these Mountains. Just remember you can't Drive there, you have to take a bus and it's $8 bucks. This is due to overcrowding which is pretty bad.
  • The best scenic beauty I have hatdly seen. You need not to edit any of the pic for contrasts if you ate visiting around fall. Undoubtedly the best picturesque location in the Rockys
  • Awesome! Stunning scenery, reflections of the mountains and the aspens on the still lake are stunning. Get in early to beat the crowds. We got there at 6.30am for the sunrise and the lake was already lined with photographers.
