  • This is a beautiful park! During your visit, you could play on the playground, swim in Lake Erie, look for beach glass, feed the ducks in the large pond, sled ride down the large hills in the winter m...  read more »
  • There is a nice duck pond with a stone walkway, railing and is mowed and neat. The park is clean including the restrooms. There are places to picnic, a small play ground even a boat launch.
  • We were at the park attending the summer car show/cruise in. In September it runs from 4 - 7pm on Sunday evenings. They had karaoke as the entertainment. The bird poop and feathers are a bit annoying ...  read more »
  • A very nice and versatile beach and park on the Lake Erie Shore. Very large picnic areas both for reservations and without. Car shows on weekends during the summer. And a beautiful area for waterfowl.
  • Be sure to check the beach water quality before even thinking of swimming here. The water quality is usually bad with high levels of E. Coli. This is the only ding I have to put against this park. There are various websites to check beach water quality to include the EPA and State of Ohio. With that out of the way, every other aspect of the park is top notch. Amenities include: boat ramp, restrooms, large pavilions, disc golf course, steep hills for sledding in the winter and many more. The duck pond is popular with kids. Many events take place here throughout the year. Plenty of room to take a secluded picnic with family as well. If swimming is your thing, you'd be better off at heading to nearby Geneva State Park or even Walnut Beach.
  • It is the perfect place to bring your family to have a perfect day. You just have to check the water quality before swimmimg.
  • Parks on the beach are beautful. This one has old-fashioned porch swings on the pavilion, a concession stand, wildlife, and a pretty pond scene.
  • Dirty gross beach. The concession stand was reasonably priced but the ladies working there were extremely rude and seemed upset they had to serve us.
