  • I stumbled upon this fantastic winery in southern Oregon by Ashland . I feel like I'm on Tuscany . Fantastic . If you are in Ashland to see theatre , do not miss this incredible winery .
  • Paschal Winery & Vineyard offers an experience of casual elegance and unsurpassed panoramic views. I attended a live musical event that was terrific fun. The light menu has pleasing offerings. The wine is delicious. This will be my go to place for intimate visits with people I wish to impress. What a beautiful setting to hold a special event. I am super impressed.
  • Comfy. Cozy. Out-of-the-way. Great views. Tries a little too hard to be quaint, but whatever. There's lots to explore if your kids get bored.
  • Absolutely LOVE their wine and staff! Their Wednesday night Cork 'n' Fork dinners are the best event all week! Love this place!
  • Beautiful winery! Went in for a tasting and they were very accommodating even though they had an event going on. Live music and great views of the vineyards. Lovely place!
  • Having visited this winery three times in the last four months, the peacefully sylvan setting (hilltop territorial views, a pond replete with feathered friends, well-tended vineyard, etc.) alone along with the sweetly knowledgeable guidance dispensed by the hosts (Aga and Sylwia) would have entice me to return "sometime." But, once I tasted the Civita and then the Tempranillo (I have to admit an almost irrational bias to the full-bodied red wines of from the vines of the Tempranillo), it was a foregone conclusion that I would become a frequent imbiber of Paschal Winery's ambrosial offerings. Note: On my most recent visit, I was privileged to enjoy a glass or two of their now sold-out Merlot ~Tempranillo 2008 (A lovely blend!), but am eagerly awaiting their new wines from their nicely stewarded cellars!
