  • Great displays by a variety of artists and most had really reasonable prices. I bought two pretty watercolor prints and I am very happy with them.
  • When in Asheville, we try to visit the Woolworth walk. This place is relaxing and a fun place to step back in time at the diner bar, and to explore some different art exhibits.
  • An old Woolworth that still has the Soda fountain working. The rest of the building houses stalls for locals to show their wares. Good variety of crafts and craftsmanship. No cost to enter and you nev...  more »

  • I went to Woolworth Walk today; I have often walked by this art gallery although I never entered. I heard mixed reviews about it and decided to visit. The artwork is standard, there is some interesting photography and some nice art that children would like. It's also very affordable, less than 100 dollars a piece so that is great if your on a budget. Although I found the upkeep of the art gallery and the customer service to be very bad. Many of the art sections were missing sign in/sign out sheet; there was paper scattered all over the ground, everything was very crowded and there was no clear organization. When I walked in, no employee greeted me despite there be multiple employees at a front desk. They were just sitting there, talking to each other. I asked one employee,an older woman with grey hair for assistance in a piece I was interested in for my child. I didn't' know if you could bring the artwork to the front-desk ,if you had to inform an employee, if there was a ticket. She just ignored me as if I wasn't there. There are no instructions posted in how ordering artwork works. When I left the store I nearly tripped on their sidewalk sign which was laying on the ground. Very disappointing and lacking gallery, I would not recommend visiting here.
  • Coolest way to re-purpose an old store. Beautiful, affordable art.
  • This is a neat place! The lunch counter was good. I had the fried bologna sandwich. After eating, we walked around and admired all the talented local artist booths.
  • Well worth a walk through on your visit. Local artists. Please support them! Quality however can vary greatly so choose wisely!
  • Food is great i go everyday well i did, but my last experience today will cause me not to go back ever again. I waited 35 mins for a BLT. Not sure where they get the bacon from but i wont be back for that. Also, i asked for ketchup and mustard for my hot dog...dont do that
