  • Nice, small mall. This mall has a good number of stores and is well maintained. From my recollection it has not had more than one empty store at a time in the time I have been going to it so clearly the people managing it know what they are doing. Parking can be a bit of a pain, but if you park near Sears or JCPenny then you should not have any trouble finding a spot.
  • Malls aren't what they used to be. It's sad to walk through there and see all the vacant storefronts and empty shops. This place is going to have to innovate if it expects to survive.
  • Love this mall. They have a great selection. Of stores and there is a neat layout. Kids area in the food court.
  • DO NOT BUY ROOMS TO GO. YOU WILL REGRET IT. I gave it a 1 because it was the only way to write a review. On July 28th 2016, we went to rooms to go Asheville. We bought, CASH, a princess bedroom set with two full beds. In the color silver. The day of delivery they brought in the both beds and the dresser everything damaged. No finish on the paint, brown spots all over scratches and dents. We called Rooms To Go at the store and they said they couldn't do anything for us so we called Rooms to Go customer service and they said they were going to see what they could do for us, even though we bought the guaranty. They even ordered the wrong size mattresses and later they wanted me to cover the difference for their mistake. We had to buy the mattresses somewhere else and have them return the difference $$ to our account. Two weeks later they sent somebody to check on the paint and he only said "well, I'll report it, but, it's out of my hands because the paint I brought doesn't match". TODAY, we thought we were getting a complete exchange, but we only got bits and pieces. Some that couldn't even be exchanged as they well so damaged. The delivery people were so ashamed they didn't even got it inside my house. Be aware they will refuse to work with you. They Don't want to return money even though what they deliver is mediocre. As I'm still working on this I will update later. But I think it's better to the other agencies involved.
  • It's a mall, one level and it sucks. Cool for the youngsters who don't know anything better. The minute they find out what a real mall looks like then they'll learn.
