We came here as a family toward the end of August. We had a GREAT time! The lines were extremely minimal and my children were able to get right back on the ride of their choice and many times, they di... more »
It is a very old amusement park with old equipment. But, it was still open last summer and it was busy at night when the weather was warm. I was there and I rode on a couple of the easier rides. There... more »
We love going to Okoboji every summer. We enjoy our time at Arnold's Park. When my daughters were younger, we bought season passes and enjoyed going on rides with them, playing games and eating and sh... more »
Small amusement park that is exactly the same now as it was 20 years ago! So fun, but retro in feel. Free to walk around if you don't ride the rides, classic park food, and reasonable rate to ride unlimited rides!
No clear explanation of how park bucks are used. We were told when buying a chaperone wrist band we could add park bucks to use on rides. However, the ride staff seemed not to know about this and would not allow riding of other rides. We explained to management and our request for a refund was rudely denied. Due to the lack of explanation, training, and care I do not recommend Arnold's Park.
...save your money & go to an organized park like Adventureland or World's Of Fun. Arnold's Park is a waste of time. Any time you have to have another pass to ride the go carts, that is a total joke. Hate this place.
I was hesitant to go here, after all the bad reviews, but it's not so bad. It's a small park, not six flags, is what most people need to understand. We bought the day passes, and got us into everything, except for the gocarts, and carnival type games, are extra. It seems nice. Maybe a bit pricey. But my 12 and 13 year olds loved it.
Great Amusement Park for everyone with the oldest wooden roller coaster in Iowa!
