  • ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Do not go. It cost 79$ to get in for 3 adults and 1 senior. Way over priced for how crappy this place is. The water was terribly cold and not warm at all. All the hot tubes were.....  more

  • Lots of fun for our 4-yo and 2-yo. It's a little dark inside, it would be nice if they let more light in. Many slides and attractions for the younger kids.

  • Terrible. First, They served us raw chicken tenders. And then they almost let my 3 year old drown. There were 4 lifeguards standing all around him, and it was not at all busy. I was helping my 7 year old and looked away for a second, and he got to right in between he couldn’t touch. He was jumping up and down and I was rushing over to him. A woman even told the lifeguard he needed help and they said he was fine. We then rescued him. The lifeguards knew they screwed up and offered free ice cream. Never will go back.
  • Horrible experience! We couldn't check in until at least an hour after the posted time and they didn't tell us any housekeeping issues like we had to leave towels outside the door in order to have them replaced. The room was dirty, we had booked a lake view and got a parking lot view (which apparently was our fault for not checking because we booked through Expedia). When we needed new towels we were rudely informed we had to leave dirty towels in the hallway in the morning and they would leave clean. They never left clean and I was then told that they take all the dirty ones and wash them and bring clean ones later in the afternoon but they didn't have any to give us to replace the ones we had left out, which made a bit fun experience after needing to shower after the pool. Only one pool was open, we were there over the summer, one day the outdoor one was open the other day only the indoor one was open. There were no phones in the room to call the front desk, and after calling it was faster to just walk across the parking lot to get answers. We ate at the fancier restaurant which had slow service (although our waitress had a huge table in her section so I give her some credit for that). There was good options on the gluten free menu that weren't available and were sent to our table not gluten free which luckily we realized or I would have gotten extremely sick. The table next to us had chicken served to her raw (twice!) And the server just put the chicken on a different plate and told her he would have that redone but she could still eat the sides. She fought that because of all the raw chicken juice on her plate. I would never recommend staying here, which is unfortunate because it's a beautiful location
  • Amazing a little sad they switch off indoor and outdoor but it was so fun!
  • Great for our six and seven year olds! They had a blast. Water was warm enough for parents to enjoy too. Thanks!
  • This place was an absolute blast with our kids. We had 5 kids ages 3-9 and there was something for all of them. For the water slides you need to be 48” tall which was a disappointment to my 6 year old. The indoor pool was colder than the outside for sure, but the kids didn’t care. We went 4th of July weekend and it was packed (understandably so) but we never really waited for the water slides. If you wanted to just hang out in the pool you definitely couldn’t space out very well. They have a lot of lifeguards (no labor shortage here) and have safety breaks. The lifeguards did a wonderful job of enforcing rules reasonably but also letting people have fun. Swim up bar drinks were strong and reasonably priced, and themed for the resort feel (daiquiris, pina colada etc) There also was pizza you could order from the poolside as well. Signs say that you can’t bring in your own beverages but we found that rule to not be enforced. Towels were in short supply on the racks but you can ask for them at the wristband counter when signing your waiver. We would definitely recommend improving the waiver/wristband process because the lines got crazy.
