  • We stayed nearby for two weeks in August so even though it was near the end of the season we still bought season passes as it worked out better value. There was a some on confusion on entry with our c...  read more »

  • Not s great experience for the price. The park was dirty and was not well maintained. The lines were long and moved very slow. The food was very overpriced. (Which we did not purchase) It was hard to enjoy the lazy river because of pushy photographers who wouldn't take No for an answer then have to put an arm band on your arm as you're getting swept away. Not to mention the fact that you had to rent tubes......over all very disappointed
  • The food service is terrible. They ran out of rice and told us we had to wait 45 minutes. Management did not properly plan at all. They do not accomodate people with special food needs when they don't allow outside food or beverages in the park. They can't make a grilled chicken salad without cheese but can give you a grilled chicken sandwich with extra lettuce. I'm sure they wouldn't want customers getting sick on the rides from improper food consumption and close down rides. There's not enough help at the foid and beverage services. Plan on spending at least 30 minutes in line and hope they didn't run out of what you wanted. A horrible food experience and very poor management.
  • My husband and children are season pass holders. They went to hurricane harbor in Arlington today. The employees there were EXTREMELY rude. One working a concession stand told them F**k you dumbass. When they couldn't get their order right and they asked for a manager. Then said here's my badge, shoved it in his face and said f**king call my manager. Security showed up and somehow they made it out to be my family's fault not theirs. Also they tried talking to multiple lifeguards, just being nice, and the first one said AWFUL GO...when my husband said hey how's your day when he was getting ready to go down the slide. The next one was on the tsunami surge. My 8 year old son was on the tube with my husband and as the lifeguard gets ready to push them down he says "hey try not to die!" Seriously!!! My son was completely freaked out because of the kid that died at schlitterbaun that he's seen on the news. He was crying and screaming the whole way down thinking he was going to get hurt or die. This is absolutely not acceptable!!! Also the grass and trees were so bad that u basically had to push crap out of the way to get to some rides. We have been gold season pass holders for several years. After this we will be cancelling the hurricane harbor portion and will NEVER BE BACK. Also when the security issue referenced previously happened your manager and security tried to tell my husband not to curse because at this point he was pissed at how this employee acted to him in front of our kids. However, they NEVER SAID A WORD to the employee!! So it's obviously ok for your employees to treat people like pure crap and talk to them like their crazy but customers aren't allowed to get upset in return. I planned on buying 6 gold passes for my nieces and nephews for xmas but that will NEVER happen now and I will take my money to another park.
  • Needs some serious maintenance! People are always falling due to the mud slime they won't clean up and there are so many places of the soft walk that is missing that you are constantly tripping and falling. One lady fell and broke her arm while another fell and broke her toe. Food is highly over priced. Employees never ever smile.
  • My family bought passes to Hurricane Harbor last summer and it went great. I love this place and my family loves it too! Now summer is starting again and we got passes AGAIN! it's so much fun, you wont regret going. Yes the lines are long, but that's just how it is with any park you chose to go too. Update: 2nd time getting the season passes. This year we had more of a trouble, 1st of we couldn't get inside the park because are passes weren't working so they told us to buy a ticket if we want to enter. We weren't the only ones waiting they had a big line! People were waiting for hours and all they said was buy a ticket. We got the passes because it should make things easy and faster but it didn't! We got 5 and only 1 was working. The only improvement they have now is security so bravo for that.
