  • Perhaps not a spectacular arch, but it is uniquely positioned and very easy to get to. It's a great stop for a very short hike. Recognize that you'll make part of the hike in sand, so if solid footing...  more »
  • Nice, short walk to a small arch. You must pass through some loose sand walk but not too heavy. In the canyon is nice and cool in the shade.

  • I live and work in Moab and Sand Dune Arch is my favorite little Arch. I tell people to go there almost every day. The short walk to it is so interesting, plus a great place for kids. I can't wait to see it again ☺️
  • This is a very cool arch to visit especially if you have kids. There is a ton of sand in there that is just dying to be payed with. It is also shady with lots of things to climb on. My 15 and 10 year old loved it.
  • Definitely one of my favorites. It's different from the other destinations in the park and I'm glad we stumbled upon it. Very cool air and shaded, ground covered with fine orange sand, short hike. A little frustrating with all the kids though.
  • Lovely little arch that is a special, hidden, and intimate spot. Great place for kids to enjoy the sand.
  • Aptly named, the very short hike is akin to a walk along a beach. Beautiful spot.
