  • Go at dark with a full moon overhead and it's like another planet. ... The shadows play with your eyes and make it look like the rocks are moving at times... Sooooo Coooool :)
  • The trail is just over the rise that has when it comes to the Park on Arches Scenic Drive. Starts practically in the parking lot. It's a trail easy to some 3 kilometers round trip (more or less 1 hour). It is very beautiful with a fantastic and is not of the most crowded of the Park. There are no toilets, no water on site.

  • The Park Avenue is the first trail, if one enters the arches NP. He offers new views of the Rocky landscapes and is really fun! The trail is well marked and easy to run. From the upper parking lot, it takes about 50 minutes down, is 1.8 km away. You can then walk back (100 m). My Tip If you are together, in opposite directions running then it saves the way back. Are you like that? The first gets off at the upper parking lot and runs down, the second goes to the lower parking lot and runs up. It meets in the Middle, you must just remember to share the car keys! The first car from below moves up again, then picks up again the second at the upper parking lot. Works excellently.
