Where to stay in Arches National Park

Arches National Park provides camping at the Devils Garden Campground, but most visitors opt to stay in the town of Moab south of the park. You'll find every type of accommodation here, including economy motels, small inns with a rustic Southwest vibe, bed and breakfasts, lodges, and campgrounds. Moab's economy largely revolves around park visitors, so you'll find plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and various services here. A few publicly operated campgrounds line Route 128 on the park's eastern edge, and a few more accommodations sit on Route 191 off the park's western border.

  • A very simple but nice hike right off the campground. It's not very busy, and the broken arch is superb. We seen lots of wild life along this route, even some deer.
  • Easy to see most of it from the road. You start on the same path as Sand Dune Arch.
  • Short hike to the arch, not so crowded as compared to the other well known arches.
  • See that place if you have plenty of time
  • Only a short hike from the campground, this Arch is one of the touch- and climbable ones. We stayed there for a while, climbing and taking pictures.
