Westfield Santa Anita, formerly Santa Anita Fashion Park, is a super regional indoor shopping mall in Arcadia, California adjacent to the Santa Anita Race Track.HistoryThe mall's original anchors were JCPenney, The Broadway, Buffum's and J. W. Robinson's.In 1998, Westfield America, Inc., a precursor to Westfield Group, acquired the shopping center from TrizecHahn Corporation and renamed it "Westfield Shoppingtown Santa Anita". "Shoppingtown" was dropped from the "Westfield Shoppington Santa Anita" name in June 2005.On October 1, 2004, the first phase of a planned three-phase expansion of Westfield Santa Anita opened. The $113 million phase added a new food court, a 16-screen AMC Cinema, Dave & Buster's, a Borders bookstore, Sport Chalet, a Cheesecake Factory, and 30 new retailers including American Eagle Outfitters and Hollister Co..After the 2005 Macy's, Inc. acquisition of Robinsons-May, the Robinson's May store closed in 2006 and remained largely vacant for six years. On May 7, 2009, the $120 million second phase of the mall's expansion opened. • Beautiful bustling mall in Arcadia. Plenty of food options from fast food to luxurious meals at the Cheesecake Factory or Benihana's. Tons of stores and a wide variety of boutique shops.  more »
  • Really, no kidding-if you want a wide variety of Asian food this place rocks-besides great shopping, the dining choices are spectacular. Just did EMG Sushi and Raw-of the charts good.  more »
  • Enjoy shopping here, but 95% of trips to this mall involve parking problems. Sometimes after looking for a space for 15 minutes or so, I just give up and go home. This mall has added lots of new resta...  more »
  • Good mall with variety of stores and restaurants. Has out door shops as well. Movie theater inside. Family bathroom area available, bathrooms pretty clean normally. Plenty of parking all around but like many malls it can be difficult to find a space during the holidays.
  • Great shopping and amazing food. Opening a hawker type eating area inspired by the ones you'd find in Singapore. Love this place, even if I just feel like going for a walk in a cool, air controlled area.
  • Westfield Santa Anita is becoming the most hips spot of all westfield malls! It is a combination of the packing district ( with the cool urbane vibe) mixed in with all the malls must! All the high end product of Marc Jacobs to the most delicious foodie place anyone can ask for.. packed up with movie and games essentials.
  • Large & becoming more trendy as more popular stores & restaurants open here like Din Tai Fung, EMC, & Uncle Tetsu
  • I'll drive out to Santa Anita any day. Love the fact that there's something for everyone here (food courts, restaurants, playgrounds, a variety of stores, etc). Personally, it's a wonderful place to window shop, watch a movie (yes, there is a AMC here), grab a bite to eat, or catch up with friends. Or maybe I just love it that much because the disney store is right next to the adidas store. 🤔 Plus, parking is plentiful. 😄
