  • Enjoyed a beautiful day at the arboretum. I saw a hummingbird up close and a peacock for the very first time! Also, the house used for the opening of Fantasy Island! Couldn't help but laugh and call o...  more »
  • Going on the night of the show, we never understood by description that we wanted to offer in the garden. But if that doesn't happen, we decided to just walk along the paths in the moonlight. As promised some sort of illumination-imagined a very romantic evening. As a result, many tolpivshihsja have met with people on the narrow propkah with pointers. All were asked to explore the 12 seats with installations. They were a tensioned screen with abstract images in action. Like a child's Spyglass toy with glasses. Under the event took a small part of the garden, blocking another part of volunteers. In the dining area, three mini buses offered expensive food in paper boats. Guests chose to walk with them in the Park, and the smell of fried in places where "creative people" trying not to hurt anyone. In the end, we are just tired. I would call this event a capacious word "what" (sorry).

  • I wrote a review, regarding Queen Anne's Cottage. It is located inside the arboretum. I have had a membership for the past 4 years and it is worth it.

  • Ive attended Taste of Arcadia for the past 2 years and both years I was able to enjoy a little bit of what the Arboretum has to offer. The peacocks roaming freely and the fountains beautifully gives you an amazing scenic flow. I can't wait to go when they have free days so I can actually check out the whole park!
  • LA Arboretum is a gem. If you've not been to a botanical garden, please do! This one is a beauty, has great walking paths, water features, peacocks and of course trees from the world round. My favorite time of year is springtime, the rose garden is spectacular and the peacocks are feeling love in the air, so are showing off. Kids love botanical gardens, too, so unless yours are wildebeasts, bring them, too.
  • This is a gem for lovers of flowers, cacti, succulents, and palms. Once a ranch, it now is home to numerous peacocks and some of the finest flora in Southern California. A great place to walk, sit, photograph, and simply enjoy magnificent sights. Check out the aptly named Peacock Cafe while you are there.
  • Beautiful Lush Greens and Scenery. This place is a Gem and Nature at its best. Love how all the Peacocks surround and gives energy in this place. The Botanical gardens are well maintained and staff are friendly and helpful. I have done my engagement shoots here and I get the very best romantic images. Overall, a Joy to visit. Watch out, Pokemon players will love this place!!!
  • In just quality-of-experience, I'd rank these gardens as slightly better than the Descanso Gardens and a fair step below Huntington. That said, for $9 admission, it's probably the best value of the three; it also has the best cafe (value-wise). It will probably take you about 3 hours to explore the place thoroughly.
